How many teams do you need?
For the best game experience, we recommend 2–4 players per team. That way, everyone can see, think along and contribute. Playing with five or six people in one team is also possible — for example, if you mainly want to enjoy a walk through the city together. When booking, you choose how many teams you need.

Frequently asked questions about group outings
How long does an Escape Xperience take?
An Escape Xperience takes around 2 hours on average (around 2.5 hours in Maastricht). There is no strict time limit: once you start, the Xperience remains available for a total of 12 hours, so you can play at your leisure, take breaks and continue at your own pace.
Can all teams start at the same time?
Yes. If you want each team to solve the puzzles as independently as possible and perhaps compare their results, we recommend leaving a few minutes between each team’s start time. If you would rather walk through the city mostly together, the teams can also start at the same time and discuss the tasks separately.
How many people can play in one team?
For the best game experience, we recommend 2–4 players per team. Larger teams are also possible, for example if enjoying a relaxed walk through the city together matters more to you than competitive puzzle-solving.
How much does Escape Xperience cost for a group?
A team costs €25. The group upgrade costs an additional €5 per team and is optional for 2 or 3 teams. From 4 teams onwards, it is added automatically. Example: with 20 people divided into 5 teams, you pay €125 for the Xperiences and €25 for the group upgrade.
What do we get with the group upgrade?
With the group upgrade, you can follow the teams live, chat with each other and view the shared results and photos afterwards.
Do we need a phone for every team?
Yes. Each team plays via the app on one smartphone with an internet connection and GPS, allowing them to follow the route and tasks independently.
Can we take a break or stop for lunch along the way?
Yes. The Xperience remains available for 12 hours after you start. If you want to build in a lunch, a drink or another break as part of your programme, that is absolutely fine.
Can we request a quote first?
Yes. Requesting a quote is free and without obligation, and you will receive it automatically. If you decide to book afterwards, the details from the quote can be carried over into the booking.
Can companies pay by invoice?
Yes, business bookings can be paid by invoice.
