Escape Xperience in Valkenburg

The castles, city gates and old walls of Valkenburg form the setting for the Forbidden Chapel. During this outdoor escape room, you pass places including H.H. Nicolaas- en Barbarakerk, Kasteel Den Halder, the castle ruins, Geulpoort, Grendelpoort and the medieval city wall. Your story is set in 1798, when French revolutionaries are pressuring residents to renounce the church. Pastor Servatius refuses and needs your help to go into hiding and build a secret chapel. Along the way, you solve riddles and puzzles together, with the surroundings themselves playing a part. The historic places you encounter become part of your mission to help Servatius.
