Here you will find a collection of more frequently asked questions about our Escape Games. Besides answers to these questions, you will also find practical tips for while playing. When can I start?
After booking, you can start at any time. Play City Xperience during the day, or in the evening before the sun goes down.
My battery is almost dead and the game is not ready yet! What should I do?
Preferably play the game on the player's phone with the most battery life. When your battery is dead:
- Exit the game in the app
- Download the app or the phone of one of the other team members
- Log in with the same login details
- When you need to choose a team name, click 'or resume with existing team' directly below it
- Continue the game
The app is not working properly! What should I do?
Make sure you have the latest version of iOS or Android installed.
Make sure you have the latest version of the Loquiz app installed.
You can also play the game on the phone of one of the other team members. This is often the easiest and fastest way to fix problems:
- Exit the game in the app
- Download the app or the phone of one of the other team members
- Log in with the same login details
- When you need to choose a team name, click 'or resume with existing team' directly below it
- Continue the game
There are 5 or more of us, can we still play as one team?
Our advice is to play with teams of up to 4 people because it is most fun that way: everyone will be involved in the game. But it is not impossible to play with bigger teams. You decide!
We are with a larger group and play with several teams. How does that work?
Book the Xperience for the number of teams you will play with, e.g. 3. You will get 3 different sets of login credentials in that case. From each team, one member downloads the app on the phone and logs in with a combination of username and password as specified in the e-mail. Then start with 5 to 10 minutes between teams each time, so that you are not all answering the same questions at the same time. At the end, you can see which of your teams won based on the rankings.
How long will my login code remain valid?
Up to 1 year after purchase.
Can I play an Escape Xperience with children?
You certainly can! You can when the children:
- Can keep their attention on a game for 1.5 to 2 hours
- Are willing to walk for 1.5 to 2 hours
- Are able to read, count and calculate simple equations
Can I log in when I'm at home?
You can log in at home and open the game. Be careful not to click through after the introductory text. When you enter the team name and start the game, your time starts running!
I did not receive any login details / login code after my booking!
Check your spam/junk folder first! Still haven't received an email after 10 minutes? Then contact us by e-mail using our e-mail address: info@escape-xperience.nl. We will then make sure you get the login details as soon as possible.
What does an Escape Xperience cost?
An Escape Xperience costs €25 per team of 1 to 4 people.
Additional options are available for large groups and companies at an additional cost. For more information, please refer to our page for large groups and companies.
