General terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of Escape Xperience apply to all agreements concluded with Escape Xperience.

General

Escape Xperience is an initiative of Jolanda Homans-Krimp and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 87185229.

Confirmation

If you book a City Xperience with Escape Xperience, you will receive confirmation of your booking by e-mail. Once the payment is made, you will receive the login details for the game in the same email. If the payment was not successful, this mail will not be sent.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance. If the booking has been submitted but not yet paid, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible to see if we can help you with this.

The app

Escape Xperience collaborates with partner Loquiz. Loquiz offers the Loquiz app, in which we make our games available. Escape Xperience cannot be held responsible for errors and problems of Loquiz.

Problems using the app

In the event that the Loquiz app is temporarily unavailable or when there are issues at play that prevent the app from being used, we will look for a proper solution on a case-by-case basis, where a game can still be played at another time.

Responsibility for safety during play

Players remain responsible for watching out for their own safety at all times while playing Escape Xperience. Escape Xperience cannot be held responsible for any damage (injury and/or material damage) caused by accidents. We also point this out to our customers during the booking process, and ask them to agree to it.

Cancelling a booking

A City Xperience can only be cancelled when the game has not yet been played.
A City Xperience can be cancelled no later than 3 days after the booking date.
When cancelling a booking, 100% of the initial payment made will be refunded.
